11+ Preparation
The 11+ tests four distinct skills, and each one needs its own approach. We tutor Non-Verbal, Verbal, Maths, & English as connected parts of the same preparation — building the underlying skill first, then layering in timed practice as the exam gets closer.
Shape, sequence and spatial reasoning — a skill most children haven't met before, so we start from the fundamentals and build speed through repetition.
Word-based puzzles, codes and logic questions, taught through pattern recognition so unfamiliar question types stop feeling unfamiliar.
Arithmetic fluency, problem-solving and the multi-step reasoning that 11+ papers are built around, with steady exposure to trickier question styles as confidence grows.
Comprehension, vocabulary and creative writing, with close attention to the exam techniques — skimming, inference, timing — that make the difference under pressure.
